Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for shirts. All other items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
To be eligible for a shirt return:

  • The return must be initiated within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.

To initiate a return, please send an email including your order number to hello@goldenhourdye.com. We will provide a return shipping label for you (the cost is deducted from return).

Refunds
Upon receipt, the return will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items
All products other than shirts are non-returnable and non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order, please send an email to hello@goldenhourdye.com. 


Shipping
Orders ship within 1-3 business days and are often delivered within 7-10 business days after being shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to combine shipments, change shipping address, or cancel orders. 

Orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking confirmation email will be sent once your order ships. Delivery times are best estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.

If you've received an email stating your package has been delivered, but your package isn't at your door, please double-check surrounding areas, your mail box, and with your neighbors to ensure it wasn't misplaced. If your package isn't located within 48hrs, please contact hello@goldenhourdye.com so we can work towards resolving this for you.
