Shipping policy
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and are often delivered within 7-10 business days after being shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to combine shipments, change shipping address, or cancel orders.
Orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking confirmation email will be sent once your order ships. Delivery times are best estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.
If you've received an email stating your package has been delivered, but your package isn't at your door, please double-check surrounding areas, your mail box, and with your neighbors to ensure it wasn't misplaced. If your package isn't located within 48hrs, please contact hello@goldenhourdye.com so we can work towards resolving this for you.
