Each scarf is hand-dyed using natural dyes, resulting in colors that celebrate the beauty of nature. Like the landscapes that inspire them, no two scarves are the same, allowing you to express your individuality naturally. Drape it around your neck, tie it in your hair, or adorn your bag; however you choose to wear it, you’ll carry a piece of nature’s charm with you wherever you go. Each scarf is individually printed - the process includes placing plant material onto the fabric, bundling it up, and steaming to create a pattern. Some plants are printed flat (eco-printing), others are dried and sprinkled on to create a mosaic-like pattern (bundle printing). Measurements: approximately 21.5" x 21.5" Fabric Content: 100% Habotai Silk Golden Hour Dye strives to be a steward of natural dyeing, with all colors coming from botanical sources like roots, flowers, and wood, as well as natural dyes from insects like cochineal. Care Tips for a Long Life • Wash with Love: wash in cold water on delicate with a mild, Ph-neutral detergent (ex. Seventh Generation). • Dry in the Shade: avoid wringing out silk, instead, gently use a towel to absorb excess moisture. Hang or lay flat to dry where it’s cool, keeping it out of direct sunlight to preserve the gentle colors. Gentle on the Earth Made from all-natural materials and dyes, this silk scarf is compostable.
