Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for shirts. All other items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
To be eligible for a shirt return:
- The return must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.
To initiate a return, please send an email including your order number to hello@goldenhourdye.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
Refunds
Upon receipt, the return will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from the return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
All products other than shirts are non-returnable and non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to hello@goldenhourdye.com.
